Bridge Behavior Consulting is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA clinic in Bainbridge, Georgia, committed to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral health services. We provide individualized ABA therapy, caregiver training, school consultation, and collaborative support for children and families across settings.
Bridge is also an approved practicum site with university partners, allowing BCBAs to participate in the development of future clinicians through supervision, mentorship, and hands-on clinical training.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in meaningful clinical work, strong team collaboration, caregiver partnership, and supporting the growth of RBTs and graduate trainees.
Position Overview
The BCBA is responsible for developing, overseeing, and modifying individualized ABA programming for clients. This includes conducting assessments, supervising treatment implementation, providing caregiver training, supporting RBTs, completing documentation, and collaborating with families, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate.
This position is designed for a clinician who values ethical practice, high-quality supervision, practical problem-solving, and a team-based approach to care.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $62,000.
The billable expectation for this role is 25 billable hours per week. Additional billable hours above 25 per week may be eligible for a bonus.
Work Model and Schedule
This position may allow for hybrid work up to 50%, depending on caseload, clinical needs, caregiver needs, documentation requirements, supervision responsibilities, and operational needs. Bridge Behavior Consulting generally operates on a four-day work week model to support work life balance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments as clinically appropriate
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Train and support staff using evidence-based supervision practices
- Provide caregiver training and family collaboration
- Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
- Complete documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, payer, and company requirements
- Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and other professionals as appropriate
- Support ethical, assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and function-based treatment practices
- Participate in practicum supervision and mentorship activities when assigned and appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB
- Active or eligible for licensure as required by the state of Georgia
- Experience developing and supervising ABA programming for children
- Ability to provide effective supervision to RBTs and trainees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and clinically appropriate care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinic-based ABA services
- Experience providing caregiver training
- Experience supervising students, trainees, or RBTs
- Experience with school consultation or interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interest in leadership development, staff training, and systems improvement
