Bridge Behavior Consulting is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA clinic in Bainbridge, Georgia, committed to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral health services. We provide individualized ABA therapy, caregiver training, school consultation, and collaborative support for children and families across settings.

For BCBAs, Bridge offers a supportive clinical environment where professional autonomy is balanced with collaboration, mentorship, and strong team systems. Our practice values assent-based care, neurodiversity-affirming treatment, function-based intervention, caregiver partnership, and sustainable staff development.

Bridge is also an approved practicum site with university partners, allowing BCBAs to participate in the development of future clinicians through supervision, mentorship, and hands-on clinical training.

We are looking for BCBAs who want to do meaningful clinical work, grow as leaders, support RBTs and graduate students, and help expand access to quality ABA services in South Georgia.
