What You'll Do:
- Design and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
- Support and mentor RBTs and clinicians
- Monitor patient progress and lead caregiver support
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare teams
- Maintain audit-ready records and uphold best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s in Psychology, Education, or ABA
- Certified BCBA in good standing
- Experience developing and overseeing ABA programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
