BCBA Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for students in Brush Prairie, WA. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and indirect support to students to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs
Train, supervise, and support behavioral staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA strategies
Collect, monitor, and analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to ensure student success in both academic and functional areas
Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal guidelines for special education services

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State licensure (if required)
Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
