We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support and help lead our ABA program serving neurodivergent children in a unique, multidisciplinary environment.

This role requires a clinician who can provide consistent oversight, support staff, and maintain high-quality services while working in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA clients

• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and support behavior technicians and staff

• Ensure quality of care and continuity of services

• Communicate effectively with families and team members

• Assist with program development and clinical growth

Spectra Gymnastics offers a non-traditional ABA setting that integrates our giant sensory gymnastics gym, movement-based learning, and inclusive programming. This allows for more naturalistic teaching opportunities and meaningful client engagement beyond a typical clinic environment.

We are a small, growing program and are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and responsive in communication

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment

• Passionate about working with neurodivergent children

Active BCBA certification is required. Oregon LBA or ability to obtain is required.

This position offers flexibility in structure and scheduling, with opportunities for both clinical work and program development.
