Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Spectrum Achievers ABA | Paramus, NJ

Spectrum Achievers ABA is a family-owned, center-based therapy practice dedicated to helping children with autism thrive. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Develop, supervise, and monitor individualized ABA programs for children ages 18 months and up
Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate progress documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team including speech and occupational therapists
Participate in parent training and regular progress meetings

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey or eligible to obtain
Experience working with young children with autism in a center-based setting preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
