What You’ll Do:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Coach and provide guidance to parents
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Provide behavioral health services for children with developmental disabilities

What We’re Looking For:

BCBA certification
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
