BCBA NEEDED – Cordova / East Memphis, TN

A brand-new ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, and they need a BCBA to help build it from the ground up. This is NOT your average BCBA role.

Here is what sets it apart:

$80,000-$100,000 + bonuses
$3,000 sign-on bonus
100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision
Caseload of only 8-12 clients
25 billable hours/week target
In-house Speech and OT on-site
Work directly with ownership – no corporate red tape
Monday-Friday, 8-5, 100% in-clinic

If you have been wanting a seat at the table, this is it. You will help set clinical standards, mentor RBTs, and shape the culture of a growing clinic.

Early intervention experience preferred. Active BCBA certification required.
