This is a school-based Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) role with consistent hours, structured support, and meaningful impact.
No late evenings. No weekend clinic shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver ABA interventions under BCBA guidance
- Support behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals
- Assist during behavior escalation or crisis situations
- Collect and document behavior and progress data
- Work with students across classrooms and school environments
- Support daily living skills when required
- Collaborate with teachers and therapy teams
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- Washington State CBT license
- High School Diploma or higher
- Comfort working with behavior-intensive and high-needs students
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and attendance
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- School-based or pediatric experience
- Experience with ABA methods (DTT, PRT, Verbal Behavior, ESDM)
- CPR or Health Certificate, or willingness to obtain
