Successful completion of onboarding requirements
90 days of active employment
Supporting the onboarding of new clients

Position Summary

We are seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services across Connecticut, including treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and care teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
Supervise RBTs and ABA therapists
Provide caregiver training
Monitor progress and adjust plans
Ensure compliant documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Support onboarding and clinical quality
Provide direct services as needed

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in related field
1–2+ years ABA experience preferred
Experience with autism/IDD populations
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within CT
