Relevant Skills

Candidate must have the ability to:

Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors.
Identify client needs and provide appropriate services.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc.
Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions.
Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism preferred
At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is highly desired
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
ASL proficiency is a plus
