KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice hiring two Behavior Technicians / RBTs for in-home clients in Oceanside. Sessions run Tuesday–Thursday, 4:30–6:00 PM — about 5 hours a week to start, with room to grow as our Oceanside caseload builds. You'll work 1:1 with a child in their home, running programs written by your BCBA, collecting session data, and helping families see real progress — with your BCBA supporting you in the home, not from an office across the county. Pay is $25/hr.

What you'll do:
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy following the client's treatment plan
- Collect accurate session data (we use HiRasmus — training provided)
- Communicate with your BCBA about progress and challenges
- Build warm, professional relationships with families
What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (in-home sessions in Oceanside)
- Able to pass a background check
- An RBT certification is a plus — but not required; we'll help you earn it
- Experience with children (babysitting, camp, classroom, caregiving) is a plus
- Available Tuesday–Thursday, 4:30–6:00 PM
