We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for clients across various settings. You will play a pivotal role in improving the quality of life for our clients by fostering skill acquisition, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and providing high-quality clinical supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland-3).
* Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
* Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff to ensure high-fidelity implementation of intervention programs.
* Analyze clinical data regularly to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
* Collaborate with caregivers, school personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
* Ensure all practices align with the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
**Qualifications:**
* Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing behavior intervention plans and conducting functional assessments.
* Strong leadership skills with experience supervising RBTs or other clinical staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
