Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Poway, California

Kelton Company is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Poway, California. This is an opportunity to work with a clinically owned and clinically operated ABA company that values quality care, strong clinical guidance, and meaningful relationships with clients and staff.

As an RBT, you will provide direct one-to-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and/or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate session data, support skill acquisition programs, and use behavior intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients according to individualized treatment plans
Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction programs designed by the supervising BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors regarding client progress and session updates
Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration as assigned
Follow all ethical, professional, and safety standards related to ABA service delivery

Ideal Candidate

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
Dependable, organized, and professional
Passion for helping children and families through evidence-based care
