Growing Path ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Toms River, NJ to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Position: Full-time and Part-time (20-40 hours/week)
Setting: In-home and in-school
Location: Toms River, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- - Collect accurate behavioral data during each session
- - Work directly with children with ASD in their home and school environments
- - Communicate progress with the supervising BCBA
- - Maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and families
Requirements:
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- - Experience working with children preferred
- - Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
