Job Requirements:
Master's Degree or higher
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or prepared to sit for the exam in the next 6 months.
Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of WI.
Completion of BACB required supervision training module.
Direct work with individuals with autism and related childhood disorders.
Knowledge of DTT, NET, Incidental Teaching, EIBI, Verbal Behavior, and ESDM.
Knowledge of assessment types and implementation, such as: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Socially Savvy, Essentials for Living, etc.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong written and oral skills.
Positive, caring attitude.
Desire for continued education and learning within the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee individual ABA programming for multiple cases.
Design programming and make appropriate clinical decisions that align with BACB Professional and Ethical Code of Conduct.
Conduct behavioral evaluations, conduct FBAs
Write and revise treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Coordinate services with other service providers (e.g., school, SLP, OT, case worker, etc).
Conduct team meetings.
Train staff in ABA principles and conduct ongoing staff training to ensure competency and treatment fidelity.
Conduct parent training.
Communicate and maintain quality relationships with all stakeholders both in and outside of the organization.
Meet with the Clinical Director and other supervisory staff to assess company, program, and employee needs. Based on assessment, identification, development, and delivery of training or processes to improve area of need.
Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA laws.
Conduct direct sessions as needed.
Maintain billable hour minimums.
Daytime and after-school hours.
Travel limited to Sheboygan County only.
