We are seeking a BCBA qualified applicant for Program Supervisor position that can help expand our ABA home program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, support families, and play a key role in building a high-quality program that serves children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Location: San Fernando Valley (Sylmar, Encino and Surrounding Areas)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise & Train – Guide and support Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality ABA services.
- Conduct Observations & Provide Feedback – Regularly observe sessions, coach therapists, and collaborate with families to maximize treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with Families – Set goals, track progress, and address challenges to enhance each child’s success.
- Monitor & Analyze Data – Use data-driven decision-making to adjust treatment plans and improve intervention effectiveness.
- Maintain Documentation – Ensure clear and accurate session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.

- Education & Experience – BCBA with Master’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, or ABA with at least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Leadership Skills – Ability to supervise, train, and support Behavior Therapists independently.
- Expertise in ABA Principles – Strong understanding of behavior intervention, data collection, and social skill development.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Ability to build trust and collaborate with families and team members.
- Proficient in Analyzing Data – Able to interpret results and make data-driven and child first decisions.
- Reliable Transportation – Travel to client homes within the designated areas.
