Annual earning potential up to $126,000

$82,000 - 95,000 base salary + up to $21,000 in achievable bonuses

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a welcoming ABA clinic in Salinas, CA, serving children ages 2–8. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team of BCBAs, an LMFT, and several BTAPs. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and located in a great neighborhood with a strong reputation in the community.

BCBA Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of approximately 12 children (ages 2–8)
Oversee assessments, programming, and treatment planning
Provide leadership and clinical supervision to BTAPs
Collaborate with other BCBAs and LMFTs for whole-child care
Maintain high-quality documentation and QA standards
Occasional work-from-home flexibility (1 day per week after training)

Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Two nights per week: extended to 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

BCBA Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA required
5+ years and prior leadership experience required for top of range
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Energetic, positive clinical presence with a commitment to quality

BCBA Compensation

Base salary: $82,000 - 95,000
Annual potential: up to $126,000
Monthly bonus potential: up to $2,169 based on billable hours
QA Bonus: $417/month for meeting minimum billables
Supplemental Bonus for exceeding minimums:
10% above minimum = $584/month
20% above minimum = $1,168/month
30% above minimum = $1,752/month
Combined achievable bonus: $21,024 annually
Relocation assistance: Up to 5% of base salary
