We’re expanding into Genesee County. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Live In Person Billables - Remote Non-Billables - seeking candidates open to relocation.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- 3 years in BCBA field
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide in depth analysis and coaching to parents
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide behavioral health services to children with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
