We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-person and remote work, along with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Develop and supervise behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and ABA therapists
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Newly licensed BCBAs are encouraged to apply
