Position Overview
This full-time BCBA position includes a hybrid model of clinic-based and in-home ABA services within your assigned Virginia region.
BCBAs may indicate preferred clinic location during the application process. Final placement is determined based on candidate preference and organizational need.
This role offers structured clinical expectations, collaborative leadership, and an established clinic infrastructure.

BCBA Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze client data and adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and insurance standards
- Deliver both clinic-based and in-home ABA services
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification required
- Active Virginia LBA or eligibility to obtain required
- Ability to commute within assigned Virginia region
- Reliable transportation for hybrid service delivery
In addition to BCBA positions, BCaBA opportunities are available in select regions. Compensation is competitive and aligned with regional and state requirements.*
