$22–$27 per hour (based on experience and education)

We’re Hiring Throughout Southern California

We’re hiring passionate Behavior Technicians, across Greater Los Angeles and nearby communities including Downtown LA, East and West Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the South Bay, and Long Beach, to help children grow, thrive, and reach their full potential right in your own community.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
Implement individualized programs designed by our clinical supervisors.
Collect data, document progress, and maintain consistent communication with your team.
Support children in developing essential life and social skills through compassionate, evidence-based strategies.
Arrive on time, bring positive energy, and help create joyful learning experiences every day.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
Reliable transportation
Current TB clearance and criminal background clearance (DOJ/FBI).
Comfort and confidence working with children who may occasionally display challenging or aggressive behaviors (such as hitting, kicking, biting, throwing objects, or spitting).
Physical ability to actively engage with clients throughout sessions including standing, kneeling, reaching, running, and safely assisting or redirecting children when needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics and maintain physical stamina to participate in active sessions.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in ABA or working with children with autism.
