Title: Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Multiple locations in Kansas state (Wichita, Topeka, Olathe, Overland Park)

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 Annually (Depends on the years of experience) + Full-time Benefits
Shifts:
- Full time requires 40 hrs/week (30 billable, 10 non-billable hours) as standard.
- Bonus opportunities are available for billing beyond 30 hrs/week. Availability must include early evenings (e.g., until 8pm CST) at least 3 days per week to accommodate client schedules. Our administrative teams work closely with BCBAs to create feasible schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualised ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Must have Kansas state LBA.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
