• BCBA salary: $77,000 – $85,000

Key Duties:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and

strategies

• Develop new programs and adjust current programs as needed

• Collaborate with treatment team, parents, and support networks to review case progress

• Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists in all policies and

procedures

• Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and

authorizations

• Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree and ABA

coursework completion

• Knowledge of ABA and DTT

• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in other languages a plus)

• Ability to communicate with team members regarding schedules and client needs

• Bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay
