Job Title: BCBA / BCaBA – Early Learners / Elementary

Starting Pay Rate: BCaBA - $40 / BCBA - $45

We’re growing our Somers Point team and looking for experienced BCBAs and BCaBAs who truly love working with early learners and elementary-aged students. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct FBAs and write individualized, functional BIPs
- Supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists with clarity and encouragement
- Partner with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments
- Provide hands-on caregiver and staff training that’s practical and empowering
- Track progress and submit documentation that reflects the real story of the client’s growth
- Step in to support staff or clients when needed
- Help run social skills groups and implement natural environment teaching
- Maintain high clinical standards and follow BACB ethical guidelines
Who We’re Looking For
- A BCBA or BCaBA in good standing (Master’s level consultants welcome)
- At least 2 years of ABA experience (3–5 preferred), especially with younger learners
- Confident writing BIPs, leading FBAs, and training teams
- Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable managing a caseload
- Strong communicator who knows how to support, not just supervise
- Completion of 8-hour supervision training is a plus
- Able to travel locally to homes, schools, and community settings
