Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Specialist/ Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) located in Chattanooga, TN. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for implementing effective behavioral interventions. Pay range $20.00-$25.00 an hour starting.

The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBTRequirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform

Qualification
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skill
- Behavior Management and Behavior Modification skill
- Psychology knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
- Able to pass a background check
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred). Experience working with children in a school and/or daycare center is also acceptable
- Experience working with neurodiverse population
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plan
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification- training, resources and coaching through the certification process provided
