We are seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to ABA or looking to grow under the guidance of an experienced BCBA. Paid training and support toward RBT certification are provided.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA
Work 1:1 with children to teach communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect accurate data on behavior and progress
Use positive, compassionate strategies to support learning
Follow treatment plans with consistency and professionalism
Collaborate with caregivers and the supervising BCBA
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Interest in working with children with Autism or developmental differences
Experience with children is preferred but not required
Willingness to complete training and pursue RBT certification
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
