We are looking for someone who can be a team player. We would like a salaried BCBA, the range is based on years of experience, a fresh new BCBA is generally at 60K with 100% health insurance, 10 days of PTO, and 1 mental health day every other week, and 6 paid holidays.
If we can get hourly, that's fine too, we do want to be sure that they have their office hours from 5:00-5:45 pm and it would include helping close the clinic.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team either part-time or full-time.
**Position Overview: **
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to our team of Behavior Technicians. You will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to promote positive behavior change and improve their quality of life. It doesn’t hurt that we are minutes away from the beach and a quick jaunt to Disney!
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Design and oversee ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Maintain certification as well as obtain and maintain PCM certification
- Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled at the clinic setting
**Qualifications: **
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.**Benefits: **
