Mercy Plus is expanding our ABA services in Standish, Michigan and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated BCBA who values ethical practice, strong collaboration, and a workplace where clinicians are genuinely supported.

What You’ll Do:
Clinical Supervision & Client Care
- Provide 25 billable hours/week
- Conduct behavioral assessments + develop data-driven treatment plans
- Monitor progress and make evidence-based treatment adjustments
- Deliver parent training and ensure treatment fidelity
- Uphold the highest standard of ethical ABA
Mentor, Train & Support
- Supervise and coach RBTs and technicians
- Lead team trainings and ongoing skill-building
- Support clinical students and help grow future BCBAs
Collaborate With Heart
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, families, and staff
- Problem-solve with creativity, clarity, and teamwork
- Contribute to a positive, supportive center culture
Stay Organized & Prepared
- Maintain accurate documentation, supervision, and billing
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
- Support center-wide initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification + state credentialing
- Clear background check
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communicator who leads with compassion
- Ability to travel locally + lift 50 lbs when needed
- QBS-trained or open to training
