Mercy Plus is growing in Saginaw and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director who cares about ethical practice, strong clinical outcomes, and leading with integrity. What You’ll Do:
Clinical Leadership (15–20 billable hours/week):
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide 10%+ supervision per case
- Deliver parent training and ensure treatment fidelity
- Review data weekly and make clinical decisions
- Complete documentation, reports, and re-evaluations on time
Team Mentorship & Development:
- Support BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and students
- Contribute to staff development opportunities.
- Partner with our Regional Clinical Director on growth and feedback
- Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing skills training
Center Culture & Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with staff and families
- Support recognition, incentives, and team-building
- Step in as needed to help daily center operations
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification (or Michigan eligibility)
- 3+ years ABA experience preferred
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Committed to ethical, high-quality ABA
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Willing to train in QBS
