BCBA. Naturalistic, Relationship-Driven Practice (San Diego & Temecula)
This is not a traditional, clinic-only ABA role.
We’re recruiting BCBAs for a small, family-run provider in San Diego and Temecula that works with clients from early childhood through adolescents and adults. The work is naturalistic, developmentally informed, and grounded in real-world application rather than rigid protocols.
The clinical approach blends ABA with developmental and relationship-based models, including the Early Start Denver Model, and close collaboration with RDI consultants. Sessions often take place in everyday environments. Community settings, functional life skills, and meaningful family involvement are central to the work.
If you enjoy learning, adapting how you practise, and expanding your clinical toolkit, this role is designed to support that.

If that sounds aligned with how you want to work, apply or reach out to start a conversation.
