Compensation & Perks ($90K–$105K + bonuses):

What You’ll Do:

· Create individualized treatment plans using the ABA model

· Conduct assessments and set measurable, meaningful goals

· Supervise and mentor RBTs, interns, and team members

· Provide parent training and family support with compassion

· Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments

· Ensure clients are thriving in the least restrictive environment

· Collaborate with leadership to maintain high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

· Current BCBA & LBA (TX)

· Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field

· 2+ years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)

· Current CPR/AED or BLS certification (AHA approved, in-person)

· A genuine passion for helping children and families succeed
