We’re seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, LBA, to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a dynamic, child-focused environment while contributing to our innovative team known for collaboration and high-quality care.
What We Offer:Total Compensation Package from
$80,000 to $109,000 annually.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $87,000
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year!
- Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000!
- CEUs: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership
- Relocation Packages available
Work Life Balance:- Work from Home Days: 3 work-from-home days per month.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
- Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support an average of 7 clients.
- 27 days off: Includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.
