Progressive ABA, Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to young children with ASD, ADHD/ADD, OCD, SID, and similar learning differences. Services are offered onsite at our clinic and in other settings as needed. We were the first clinic on the peninsula and have been providing services since 1993.
Summary
We are seeking a team oriented BCBA/BCaBA to join our dynamic and very supportive team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and implementing effective behavioral interventions for children with developmental learning differences and autism. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our children onsite at our clinic and other in-home and community settings as needed. Note, this position is flexible with some work from home options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the child's needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor progress regularly.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support child's development.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in ABA services.
Requirements
- BCBA/BCaBA is required or currently receiving supervision to attain credential.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and behavioral therapy principles.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
- Ability to manage medical documentation accurately and efficiently.
