Administrative Assistant – ABA Therapy Company

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Location: In-Office / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Our growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role is essential to keeping our clinical and administrative teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling client and staff appointments
Assisting with billing and insurance-related tasks
Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
General administrative support for clinical and office staff

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a DOJ background check

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with ABA billing platforms
Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health administration
Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
