About Us

At Opal Autism Centers, we're building the kind of workplace we wished existed for clinicians.

Our mission is simple: Improve the lives of children and families through compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based ABA therapy. We believe the best outcomes for our learners begin with supporting the people providing their care.

That's why we've intentionally designed our organization around clinician sustainability—not just productivity.

As an independently owned, center-based ABA provider, we've invested in dedicated operational, scheduling, administrative, and clinical leadership teams so our BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians can spend more time focused on meaningful client progress and less time navigating unnecessary administrative burdens.

We specialize in early intervention services for children ages 2–6 and practice assent-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming ABA that prioritizes dignity, autonomy, emotional safety, and individualized care.

A Different Kind of Clinician Experience -

The ABA field has changed significantly over the past several years, and so have we:

We've continued investing in our clinicians by expanding professional development opportunities, strengthening benefits, improving technology and clinical tools, creating more sustainable bonus and compensation structures, and developing clearer pathways for career growth. We know that supporting our employees isn't a one-time initiative—it's something we continuously work to improve through employee feedback and ongoing investment.

Whether you're an experienced BCBA, a future BCBA completing fieldwork, or an RBT beginning your career, you'll find opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with Opal.

What You Can Expect-

At Opal, you'll find:

  • An independently owned organization where leaders remain accessible and actively engaged with employees
  • Competitive base compensation with achievable bonus opportunities
  • Individualized transition support, including relocation assistance and customized employment packages when applicable
  • Sustainable caseload and workload philosophy
  • Dedicated administrative and operational support
  • Professional development opportunities, initiatives, and financial assistance
  • Leadership mentorship and internal advancement opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits
  • Protected PTO, paid holidays, and balanced bonus calculations that don't penalize employees for taking approved time off

Why people stay at Opal:

We won't tell you we're perfect. Like any growing healthcare organization, we're constantly learning and improving. What we can say is that we listen, we adapt, and we continue investing in our people. Over the past few years, we've expanded benefits, strengthened clinical support, improved technology, clarified expectations, and created more opportunities for growth because our employees asked for them.

Growing Together -

We're proud of the progress we've made, but we also know no organization is ever finished evolving:

One thing you'll hear often at Opal is that feedback matters. We encourage employees to share ideas, ask questions, and speak up when something isn't working. Many of the improvements we've made over the past several years have come directly from conversations with our teams, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and continuously improving.

If you're looking for a place where clinical quality, ethical care, professional growth, and employee well-being are all considered priorities, not competing interests - we'd love to meet you.
