At Hand Over Hand LLC, we believe quality intervention changes lives. We are a growing ABA services organization dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive through individualized, evidence-based support. Our team serves individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, ADHD, developmental delays, and other support needs through both center-based and home-based services.

Our programs are designed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with goals broken down into achievable steps that support long-term growth in communication, behavior, social development, and everyday life skills.

We offer a full continuum of services, including home-based ABA therapy, school support, and center-based programming through our Centers for Therapy and Inclusion™. Our center model is especially unique because it ranges from fully supported inclusion within traditional preschool classrooms to self-contained classroom settings, allowing us to provide individualized care in nurturing learning environments.

Hand Over Hand serves families across multiple New Jersey locations and also provides home-based support in numerous NJ counties.
