We build in 20% non-billable time for supervision, programming, data analysis, and collaboration—because strong clinical work doesn’t happen under constant time pressure.

Full-time doesn’t mean 5 days.

Our full-time roles are 35 hours per week across a consistent 4-day schedule (e.g., Monday–Thursday)—giving you structure and real work-life balance.

Clinic-based means consistency.

Caseloads are intentional.

BCBA: ~280 clinical hours
BCaBA: a supervised caseload with clearly defined clinical responsibilities and support

BCBA: Starting at $80,000+
BCaBA: Starting at $60,000+

The Work Itself

You’ll focus on meaningful clinical work:

Conduct assessments and support treatment planning (BCBA lead; BCaBA support/implementation)
Oversee or assist with ABA program implementation
Supervise and support RBTs (within credential scope)
Analyze data and contribute to clinical decision-making
Collaborate with caregivers to support generalization
