Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) is seeking a BCBA to work with our wonderful Adult consumers

We are a locally owned, BCBA-led organization committed to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA. Our early childhood program is growing — and we are looking for a confident clinical leader who wants to shape culture, mentor clinicians, and build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

As BCBA, you will:

Supervise and mentor RBTs
Ensure high-quality assessment and treatment planning
Maintain ethical and evidence-based practices
Collaborate with team to drive meaningful outcomes
Support program growth and program excellence
Help shape systems, training standards, and supervision models

You will have a voice at the leadership table — not just a caseload.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Current BCBA certification (required)
2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
Experience in early childhood ABA clinic settings
Demonstrated leadership or supervision experience
Strong communication and mentoring skills
